Round 1 - One-on-one

  • Q1. We took one to one round with candidate to assess his skills and expertise more deeply. This can actually helped us a lot as we see the actualness of candidate up front.
Round 2 - Technical 

(1 Question)

  • Q1. If the candidate has background in Technical education or IT, our focus was to understand his capabilities to know the basics of IT, his past experience and academic project he did.
Round 3 - HR 

(1 Question)

  • Q1. Once candidate is shortlisted in technical, our HR team take HR/MR round in which his interest level and seriousness about job search.
