Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I was contacted and interviewed initially for Fulltime opportunity. After one month of silence, they reached out to me and offered me a freelance position for the same role with hourly pay of 500rs, which i denied. They had a small project for 3 months. Later, they asked me to join as full-time employee. I was ready to join them after salary discussion. However, they never released the offer. Upon calling and emailing, got no response from them. Poor management and rude HR. Wasted my time.
