Interview Preparation Tips

Round: Test
Experience: Aptitude   questions   are   on   simple   interest, compound   interest, boat   problems   etc   with   a   bit   general   aptitude   of reasoning. verbal was easy with little grammar and synonyms and antonyms. technical   was   pure   oral   which   consists   of   foundation,is codes, hydrology, soil   mechanics. Most   of   which   are   to   be remembered only but nothing to solve.
Duration: 60 minutes

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: I was asked what was my favorite subject and was asked questions only in that.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: Technical was normal as i answered only 2 of the questions they asked. HR was good as i was confident in answering them about myself. I was more than happy because I immediately received offer letter as i came out of interview room from hr.

Skill Tips: Be confidant in what ever you say. if you dont know or dont remember just dont say any wrong answer, rather say that i don't remember.they dont expect you to remember everything, as far as technical is concerned. concentrate more on psc and foundation. well if you are sitting for pure core companies  like gammon, isi, ccc.l&t,adani etc  better learn hindi, even though you dont know say confidently that you can understand and speak well in hindi. because most of their projects are in north india so they expect you to know hindi well.adani and gammon recruited people who can speak hindi apart from technical.
