Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - It's a good company but everything is centralized. One may get the posting but decision making powers lies with the HO even for small matters. A regional Head literally has no power. But the experience gained here is very valuable. Generally people are good. However what they want isn't a leader on the ground but the implementor. P&L head cannot decide on business he is forced to take even loss making business on instruction of management. Growth is poor because with loss making business how will company grow and what kind of growth employees can expect. They have a foreigner as CEO who is very professional but he knows little about the country. To sum it up power is concentrated in hands of very few people who want to run the business with remote control. They simply don't create leaders. The scope of growth is immense but the strategy they follow isn't good. They don't want leaders but yes men.
