Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The organisation pays well, however the culture is really bad. You will come across an extremely traditional and old system in place. Can't talk about the whole management, but the HR team is very very traditional.
The whole HR team functions manually on Excel.
You would not get to learn anything. It's been quite a few months I have started out here, the only thing I learnt here was Vlookup and calling up people to ask them to finish lame surveys.
Will not advise any aspirational person from Campuses to seek a job here.
Extremely disappointed with the team and culture within the team!
I wish the team emphasised on providing some learning to the employees.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
