Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Dear Mr. V Rajan,
I had been called for interview twice in your office (Chembur Location).
Before scheduling my face to face round you people must have gone through my profile and you also came across that I am from Crane manufacturing company background. If you people were not interested in entertaining people other than oil and gas industries then you had not to shortlist my profile as simple as that. But you shortlisted my profile means you were certain about consideration of profile.
Second thing when your second HR came into picture and followed me up for further communication then I clearly inform her I am looking for 30% hike which would come around 78000 per month. Your HR Ms. Soni agreed and said Its ok. Then I started conversation with her but before getting this conversation I was ignoring her call.
On the basis of the above confirmation I visited again your office for another round.
Then I had been asked to submit the salary related document too and I did that as well.
Now after Maths you guys are saying my field is different and you dont have budget. How abominable and disgusting this statement is!!!!!!
You guys dont value candidat's time, money and efforts????
This is not the ethics to run a company.
Your organization's this behaviour shows you guys dont have any ethics and you dont work with integrity.
You must respect others time and money too.
Hope you understand.
May God give you this sense soon.
