Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - This interview was video call. The interviewer wanted to test both medical terminology and communication skills. This interviews lasts for 10 mins only but one to one questions make me bit stressful and nervous.

Alternate documents for Employee verification?
My new employer asked for my previous offer letters and salary slips. When I inquired, they said it was for background verification.
However, I feel that providing these documents might affect salary negotiations, and it feels a bit unethical too.

But not recommending 4+experience candidate , growth was very less and Target was Huge compare to other organisations..(12-13hrs is taking to achieve Target everyday ) ..
If you're Ok for Every , Best job security and all allowance are there .
