Experience: As the position demanded for the MBA in HRM holder as well as with the intern in HR work.

General Tips: As I had just completed my MBA as well as internship in HR sector for a consultancy while getting interviewed, I have easily answered in the core technical part of questions related with HR.
Though, HR policies is changeable very often so i get few difficulties to answer about the same but hence I answered the basic of it like minimum wage, working hour, tax policies, OT policies etc.
