Round: HR Interview Experience: I was shortlisted for the HR Round after a short telephonic round. HR Round was very comfortable and quick. HR at Raah was very friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. More than questioning she was focused upon knowing and understanding me and how i would offer better to the organization. She questioned me upon my previous profile,my experience and judged me on my communication skills too. She kept making her notes and discussed my resume in depth. She seemed very positive and encouraged me to ask questions about the organization. She explained all my roles and responsibilities if i were to join the company. I told the HR my expectations and concerns to which i was provided with answers instantly. Towards the end of the interview i was told that she would get back to me after a short discussion with her superiors. Tips: One should know what they have mentioned in their CV and make sure that they have had relevant experience and clear understanding of the subject as it forms a part of ones CV.
General Tips: Most questions were asked on Indian Derivatives market, Futures and Options. Thorough knowledge on the same will definitely help you get a job here. Skill Tips: Being truthful and confidence personified should help majorly.
