Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - They believe that they are brand just because Coca Cola is their leading franchisee bottlers but when you start discussing about salary part( when you know that they are interested in you) then you can feel that they are like other tiny companies which aren't able to/ do not like to give hikes to employees. They even told to candidates that the annual increment in their company is 8-9%(so if you are earning 20k then you will not get more than 1800 hike).
To conclude, I believe before going to one on one round (physical round) one should confirm from HR that whether they have the budget or not because at last they are going to waste your time.
