Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The interviewer's attitude became my first impression of the "esteemed" JSWOne platform.

# I was approached by a consultancy firm representing JSW1. My first round was scheduled with bawek chada. In my experience of taking & giving interviews, this was the most pathetic one.

# The interviewer seemed exhausted from the day and was taking the interview as if his company had forced him to. It was difficult for him to accept the fact that in the real world, companies can have different business models & different revenue models. This is so basic and his lack of comprehension, patience & listening abilities was the biggest problem.

# He also gave a glimpse of his leadership skills (I must actually call it a managerial skill). He uses the psychological trick of suppressing his subordinates by forcing an inferiority complex to dominate his superiority complex. If a person has worked, grown & gained multiple achievements in her professional field for the past 6-7 years and then you say that "you have actually not done anything in your career", then maybe my current company is a fool to give me an opportunity or you are naturally ignorant of other people's experience.

# Even after all this, I am grateful to him for showing his true nature in the interview process itself. It gave me an idea of the toxicity within the organisation beforehand.
