Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I cleared the first two level , Aptitude test and Technical round .They conducted the Interview at trivandrum. So asked the shortlisted candidates to wait for HR round . I was the last in the row for HR round . When my turn Came the HR says you can come directly to Kochi office on the next day today they went tired . So I went Kochi office . But the HR manager behaviour was not that much professional. He asked some basic questions and I answered them all with my fresher level knowledge. When I am answering he laughed at times. Finally he said he will let me inform . Then received and email stating you were not selected in the HR round . I was very much disappointed that time . Since I completed the RHCE certification too . Fortunately after few weeks I got selected in two companies including TCS , so I opt TCS .I found Major difference in HR person in both the places . In TCS they were very friendly and supportive. They won’t laugh for your answers. Don’t know the situations now though .it was almost 10-9 year back
