Well basic aptitude questions were there like numerical ability and all general english .

Round 2 - One-on-one 

(2 Questions)

  • Q1. In one-on -one round you will have to present yourself infornt of the manager and he/she will ask certain questions which will test whether you are fit for the role or not.
  • Q2. Questions were like tell me about yourself , past experience , willing to work in night shift and some personality test.
Round 3 - Group Discussion

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - This interview was for Recruitment Executive at Mindlance India Pvt Ltd. The only trick which can help you in clearing the interview is your Communication skills, confidence and knowledge. In this Job you have to coordinate with people at United states. So you have to be confident enough that you can handle them nicely at the time of coordination. You should have a good knowledge of screening the candidate, grill them well and make them understand about the Job for which you are hiring. "Just work as you are working for your own company. That's when you will give your 100%." The Interviewer also asked about all the tax terms and on-boarding paperwork used at United States. Luckily I was able to answer them well. One more advice I would like to add- If you do not know/not sure about any answer at interview, then simply say "Sorry sir, I am not sure about the answer of this question." Just be calm, don't get nervous, Its just an interview.
