Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Pros:
Only few workers and technicians are good. They never hesitate a second to teach related technical stuffs.
Cons:
Never trust anyone there, especially the Works manager.
Appointment letter is just a piece of formality and joke to them. They don't commit to whatever written in appointment letter, especially when probation period ends.
No learning for a tool and die maker.
They have the department named Tool Room, but instead of manufacturing tools and dies, they buy from local/international vendors. Here, its just die maintenance, which I feel as a tool and die maker, that one should 1st learn to manufacture tool and dies, rather than repairing them at first pace.
No self-growth. Uluberia Works unit is much better if you want to enhance your knowledge and skillset.
For just few ill mentality and greedy managers and senior engineers (I was being appointed as a Jr. Design Engineer, but after 3 months, got transferred in their Die Maintenance dept. as a Sr. Engineer. Reason of transfer was, I had an heated argument with my then-boss, as he was mentally torturing me day by day and commanding 3-4 tasks which I was asked to do at the same time, not later, not before. So, as being a human being and not a replica of Durga Maa, I couldn't resist myself from this regular basis torture and burst to him.
Designation sounds being promoted, but in real, they didn't increment my salary, it was the same all way long. And luckily, I always kept myself aside from company politics), the company's charm is deteriorating day by day. It's sad, that being a mother plant of Patton International Limited, amongst all the units, its quality is demolishing.

Thank you for reading my long personal experience, in a long and detailed format, would really appreciate if you do give it a read.
