No longest to stay here they are very rude when they seen employee staying here for long time. Behave like they are very polite in front of you but inside they are playing game. How to give a negativity in your work and they push you slowly slowly out in this company.
So my advise who going for design department please don't go. office also small and only 15 people are working in this company. they all only working since 15 years. Fresher come and they give them intermediate letter before completing one year. Owner of this company he is playing game how to throw the employee quietly.
