Nothing because they all are back not Textile back ground. Only they are follow same pattern hire new employee take same design and then they will give her/him termination letter by mail any time. What is the behind fire you your designs not sell. They always select by self but they are not sell they will give termination letter. My advise please don't go in this company.

Not long time security any time they will fire you by mail it is those secret message.
