Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The company is low scale start up.
* Interviewers are non domain people who don't know what questions needs to ask during interview and what skill set are required. They only tell they hire best people but I actual, they blindly hiring low skill, low budget people.
* Compensation no where close to market standard.
* They keep saying they don't hire people with ego and attitude issue, regrettably they don't work on existing staff having same issue.
* They lack confidence and trust on themselves so interviewers schedule multiple rounds and keep asking repetitive questions which has nothing to do with the skillet mentioned in JD.
* HR have no information about the round of interview. i.e They say it's technical round/domain and interviewer ask you management question or visa versa.
