Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Don’t join . Hours are 9-5.30. Even if u come before 10 it’s ok but have to serve 8.5 hrs in a day. They encourage late sitting and good if u are a drinker and smoker the managers appreciate it to bond else u will be left alone. Not great culture to begin with. Less structure in company hierarchy and less to no guidance .
