Roast me with advice
So, people with not-so-great grades often get passed over, even if they nail the interview. I worked as a Quality Officer at a big company for 2.5 years, making 35k—super grateful for the skills I learned. But with just a BSc in Math, I'm hitting a wall. Seriously need advice on how to boost my career now. MBA seems tough with the time, money, and crazy competition for little payoff. Feeling stuck. For someone who has done BSc with gap years and who has 2.5 years of experience in quality management in MRF Tyres , right now working as operations manager with salary of 46k. Age 26 what are important skill and education do I need to boost my career growth. The current job seem hopeless to me there is seriously no growth for skill as well as career wise. What are the good companies who offer good post for someone who can prove themselves without there past low academics.
