Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I don't know how such companies get ISO certifications, where HR manages from mails only, no formal email, improper guidance.
The interviewer was absent on the particular day, no written, verbal information about it. No guilt feelings. Another guy quite 15 years junior to me conducted the formal interview.
Neither HR nor any responsible authority goes thro any CV, without knowing details of the candidate prior to calling the candidate, and ask questions, which reflects quite pathetic culture of the organisation.
Example:
1. I am not Engineering graduate, still they call and tell, you are not from engineering discipline.
2. I don't know Autocad and not even mentioned in my CV, still they ask, do you know Autocad? What to do with such guys, to laugh at or cry?
3. No value of time, no respect for the candidate, I reached well in time at 11.30 a.m., all the way from Mumbai. I was kept waited till 3.30 p.m. Later I had to tell them, when will the interview be taken? Ohh, that time they realised, they have called a guy for interview, and simply say, our interviewer is absent today... again, to laugh or cry?
On a serious note, interviewers are company representatives, should value others and their time too, it should be well organised. Perfection does not come by getting ISO certification, it should be inherent in the company culture.
