Thier will be paper test and announced/unannounced test which means any senior person will come and see your work quitely withiut informing and give you mark this is when you get the job but on training period like you won't get dress ...till you completely pass the written and practical test .in written test seniors will help question would be on real life scenerio eg: if customer asked for cola and you give him cola but then he says he wanted it without ice what will you do? Or what if there is packet of ketchup laying on the ground what will you do ? Etc its simple only few technical questions as said seniors will teach you.
