For the Functional - HCM role, first there was a virtual GD which was held on Microsoft Teams. The moderator was pretty chill and the GD lasted for around 15 mins. Follow basic GD procedure, make sure to stay relevant to the topic and speak atleast twice. After this round, the students were eliminated and the shortlists were called for an in-person GD. Mine was a pooled drive so there were around 300 students and the GD batches contained around 10 students.
