Experience: 90 students were shortlisted based on cgpa.The group size was 10.Overall the discussion was not very aggressive but productive instead.3 students were selected out the group
Tips: Instead of just countering everyone try to be supportive.
Listening to others is key in case you are not much aware about the topic.
Duration: 10 min minutes

Round: HR Interview
Experience: The experience was quite good .The interview was very informal kind and interactive.Be sure to go through your resume and prepare for question related to projects.
Tips: Try to be honest even if you dont know something unless you are an expert lier.The interviewer can easily judge if you are lying.

General Tips: Knowing about your resume is must.
Skill Tips: LR for Cat is enough for placements.

Experience: One round of 30 minutes interview took place. No coding questions were asked. Questions on data analytics and like "Why would you fit in?" were asked.

General Tips: Check out what they expect from candidates on their website. Highlight relevant points.Probability required is 12th standard level.Limit to single page.You can mention relevant points in interview which are not present in your resume.

Interview Questionnaire

  • Q1. Basic Questions!!
  • Q2. Few questions about statistics and most importantly MS-Excel (the key to crack interviews)

Interview Preparation Tips

Round: Test
Experience: There was an Aptitude test based on the marks of which they shortlist people for the next round though they dont disclose marks.
Tips: Try to complete all the questions in time or else you are already out of the next round. The questions are of medium level intelligence.
Duration: 1 hour
Total Questions: 60

Round: HR Interview
Experience: The HR asked few questions about the previous company and profile i have been working previously.
Tips: They basically judge your overall personality, so be confident and and use your communication skills effectively.

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: The Manager asked certain questions over statistics like difference between average and mean, hypothesis,etc. And then about Ms-Excel, pivots, charts, vlookup, hlookup,etc.
Tips: Just answer more and argue less. Tell them what you know and not what they are asking you, take them with the flow of your answers and let them carry out questions from what you already know.

Round: HR round
Experience: Discussion over salary
Tips: Accept their offer if you are a fresher or else you can ask as per market standards
