Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Don't work for Manish Bheda. He is a fraudster, didn't pay complete salary. No manners to talk to employees. Make insulting comments in front of clients. Rude and shouting everyday common at workplace. Makes employees work in office half time and at client location at second half time but pays you below standard market rate. No reimbursement for traveling at client location. Deducts salary even when employees fell sick even for a day, no public holidays. He even abuses and insults family members of employees. No empathy even when their is death in the family.

First in Technical round they asked all the basics of accounting. Second, Asked about my Favourite subject and questions were posted related to the particular subject.Previous knowledge about capgemine.

Then HR interview,
Personal details and College expereience were asked by them.

Mostly questions were asked realted to my resume and answers which i told. So be honest in answering the questions. Know well about yourself before the interview(strength,weakness..) Good communication is mandatory. Have a knowledge about the company and Job description . HR persons were friendly and no need to panic about the interview. Be calm and answer to their questions Correctly.
