Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I applied to the company through college. As we were going through placement procedure in this pandemic. We were shortlisted on the basis of the CVs and there was no test but direct technical interviews, it had gone great and after our interviews we were told we got selected for second round i.e. HR. But the company didn't show the next day and told they had some company issues. In the evening they told us that it was scheduled tomorrow from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm and when we were just to give our next round of interviews, the company just delayed the process but actually they had the candidate in mind whom to give the offer letter and were just playing with us. After this whole procedure, they asked the chosen one to reach their head office, did the formal talk and hand over the offer letter. It was truly pathetic and unethical towards us, if they knew whom to select then why to hold us till last process.
