Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - My experience with Nirmal Industries was highly unprofessional and disappointing. Initially, I was promised a 30-40% hike on my current CTC if I was shortlisted. However, after going through the entire interview process and being selected, they offered me the same salary as my current one, which was completely misleading.

This entire process wasted a lot of my time and caused unnecessary stress. The HR, particularly Sampa Kandu, handled the situation poorly, lacking transparency and integrity. I would caution others to be wary of their promises and approach them with caution.
