Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - No process at all. I received an invitation through Naukri and a phone number, when I called on the number, they just said you can come for an interview, No official communication with proper address, JD, Time, etc. The caller said, they are not allowed to send messages on whatsapp.

When I reached there, they insisted me to go down again and get the print copy of the CV, as they were not allowed to take print outs.

The junior staff, asked only 2 questions,
a. tell us something about you? ( but she was not actually interested to know anything about the HR practices), she just noted how many portals I have used for sourcing candidates.
b. what is your current salary.

After that, I was asked to go stating we would get back to you.

The main person was available for the interview and the interviewer girl was not aware when she will be available.

Overall, office looks not cleaned, regular housekeeping is not done. Old look of the desk and chairs. They need to keep it clean.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Never go for an interview here, if you want to be treated like a slave or a company which doesn’t value employees you are most welcome. They called me for final interview thrice and even on the third time they said their Maam(Sonal) is not available. If that person is not available why do you even call someone. I even messaged before leaving all three times still she didnt tell me that her madam is not available. And when I complaint about this she say that she is the owner. If she is the owner she should not be doing this. If she does this she should not hire people she should do all the work by herself. Value everyone’s time like you do to yours. People seeking job doesn’t mean they have all the time in the world.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Although I received an invite from the company, it was still a walk-in round involving every role for this company. This office is located near Churchgate station and typically deals with legal work. However, there was no clear communication about the interview process, their hiring roles, who would be conducting the interviews, and the overall selection process. So, a random individual collected candidate CVs (insisting on physical CVs rather than e-copy received from Naukri portal) and asked just one question before showing them off at the door. That's it. After that, their 'team' is contacting for the same round of interview for the past two months or so as the interview invitation pops up once in every two weeks through the Naukari inbox. Strangely neither anyone is answering their emails nor answering the given phone number.
