India is country where the USA,Other countries MNCs are STATIONED TO GET QUALITY WORKFORCE .I was sent by Right Move consultancy,Ashoka Mall ,Bund Garden,Pune and i was made to face the TELEPHONIC INTERVIEW IN WHICH ,my confidence level ,voice quality,truthfullness ,and my 'NEED FOR THE JOB' was very well JUDGED (I HAD CLEARED WRITTEN OF OTA,LIKE NDA ,IN 1997 ,UPSC SSB ,THAT year ,all over India 17 lakh candidates had appeared for written exam ,i cleared from Pune region !!).I was with Amazon.in,pune,Vimannagar for 3 months .I learnt that , Amazon.in is very organised ,they want PURE QUALITY CSA ! There i was given training in English ,but later ,my analyser manager ,told me to take calls in Hindi ,Marathi ! Requirement is , pure grammer of the language CSA talks in !! I just saw that ,Indian Students are APT for Amazon.
