Need suggestions on what is going wrong
I have worked in customer Success, I have 6 years of experience and 4 years of career gap, on and off, one year after education, 2 years after my first job for govt.job preparation. I decided to sort out everything and want to make a good career and health and so I took a gap of 6 months. Later I started attending interviews I have applied for multiple roles and attended 10 interviews in 4 months. I got selected for a job of 12 lpa, but the recruiter manager rescinded it later. I'm giving the best introduction and answers for the job. Trying to articulate my introduction as per JD. I'm using AI assistants to ask questions and have been prepared for the interview and attending for them. Unfortunately I don't know, why I'm not getting selected. Can anyone suggest best practices. I have 3 interviews in pipeline. My interview format. Greeting interviewer. Then profile summary. Then outline of my job and what factors it focus on. The major sections of roles and responsibilities.
