Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I worked in viraj in HR department just before one month of my confirmation they done lay off and reason they have given is company is in loss, if company is in loss so doing lay off just before confirmation is not the option. Management also didn’t supported me no one comes to me for providing any support. There is zero job security in viraj profile, people in viraj is ruthless, they didn’t value their employees, as per their need they exploit their employees. I will simply say don’t go with viraj, every year they play the game of lay offs and transfer during diwali, and 1st target will be new comer.
