- Ans. I worked almost in all department i.e. C&I, RMPB, Accountant, Cash Officer. I almost performed very well in all the areas beyond the expectations of the management. I completed every activity within the time. I kept never any pending work and I never recieved any call from any controller. - Q2. What would you do for the bank if you selected?
- Ans. According to my huge experience of 33 years, It was my experience that we were not ready every time for the various Audits conducted in the bank's. So I put my stand that I will create such system for every department that weekly basis all the required register will be checked by Controller Level. On line register will be introduced . Entries will be made daily on basis and will be send online to the controllers to vie...
- Q3. What would you do if any assignment allowed to you and you know nothing?
- Ans. I will read all the related circulars, SOPs for that assignment. I will take help from the experience person, who had worked on that desk. I will take the custody of all the register. Summarise the the total work to be done for that counter. List of reports to be submitted.

I just recently joined Australia based company as sql support with 3.5lpa. My previous company was small with salary 2.2 lpa and 1 year experience.
In just pobation period in my new company I found out they don't care about work life balance. Unofficially they want every employee to work minimum 10 hours per day.
I want to ask
1. Does every company want this from their employee.
2. This job used my 13 hours (job + travel) per day and it's getting hard for my personal growth as I want to switch into Business analyst.
3. Need your suggestion is I have to switch to another company in probation period or get experience for atleast 1 year.
4. My current total work experience is 1.5 year if I switch into BA what I expect from salary.
