Culture in KIET is good,if Few HOD having KIET-experience more than 15 years ,get replaced as monopoly is followed by them). Undoubtedly good thing with KIET till now is that they pay salary on time and regularly . I suggest you to keep these points in mind before going interview. IN INTERVIEW they don't bother about how much you knowledgeable you are, the thing which matter is that how much you are good with bootlicking , and how could be you useful in NBA and NAAC and work there with honey in your tongue and say " yes sir" always).
