Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Unfortunately From 2019, recruitment become biased as director (along with few Hod) over there is recruiting his own people from sonipat/haryana side especially in IT and EC department via HR (HR head is recruited via director only in order to ease recruitment their known associates faculty to meet personal benefits). You can verify this demographic biasdness for faculty recruitment by counting demography for already recruited faculty after 2019 till date). So dont expect yourself to be get hired even after your good job profile. Many HoD especially from ECE and CSE don't recruit experienced persons from IITs as they fear that they can be replaced(insecure about their position). For verifying this fact, just see profile of faculties with KIET experience >5 in above depts. ,(most of them are either having modular degree or second division and none of them are from IIT or NITs).It is past veriified record ,that ,if somehow faculty from IIT or NIT is recruited , they are misused by HOD for their selfishness (like NBA or Organising conferences) and forced to resign within span of 1 to 2 years due to false comments/ feedback submitted by Hod(EC, CSE,ME) to management via HR). Culture in KIET is good,if Few HOD having KIET-experience more than 15 years ,get replaced as monopoly is followed by them). Undoubtedly good thing with KIET till now is that they pay salary on time and regularly . I suggest you to keep these points in mind before going interview. IN INTERVIEW they don't bother about how much you knowledgeable you are, the thing which matter is that how much you are good with bootlicking , and how could be you useful in NBA and NAAC and work there with honey in your tongue and say " yes sir" always).
