Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Stay away from this organization, and prepare for some other firm than wasting time here. They definitely offer work-life balance but once you join at a very low income than's what you deserve. Expect a pay 20-30% lesser than the market standards.

My story:
They asked to complete the rounds within a week's time into 2-3 discussion rounds while extending it to 3 weeks involving 5 rounds of discussion.
We finalized the CTC part initially, but later they changed their words and extended an offer of almost 25% less amount.
When I asked for a discussion on the same, they were offended and rescinded the offer citing stupid reasons.
Wasted 3 weeks of my crucial notice period time in preparation for several presentations and interviews, and passed all of them with a worthless offer.

PS: Indian HRs do not utter a word in front of their UK counterparts, asked a 2-month-old trainee to negotiate with a Product Head with over 30 years of experience. Also, they promise increments in the future, but their increments are negligible (check other reviews as well.)
