I applied via Approached by Company and was interviewed in Feb 2023. There were 3 interview rounds.
Literally one of the worst interview experience ever. There was a call after initial screening and it was a direct coding round. It was a simple requirement. Fetch details form GitHub user API and display their repos based on the user and also filter them based on a condition.
It was supposed to be implemented on a screen share, I completed the assignment and shared it. There was a bug in my code and later the interviewer called me and asked me to fix it and re-share it. And I did that and call the interviewer and didn't get any response. I also send multiple reminder mails and no response.
So if you actually don't have any requirement as such please don't interview and ghost the candidates later. Forgot coding learn a bit of professionalism first. Didn't expect this from a 4* rated company. Disappointing.
