Round 1 - Aptitude Test 

Round 1 consist of quantitative aptitude (intermediate level), one picture perception test (PPT) followed by group discussion based on the PPT held earlier, wherein all candidates are divided into groups of 20-30 each. Round 1 is a screening round, hence, at least 75% (sometimes entire group) of the candidates from each group gets screened out.
