Experience: hey the interview experience of BPCL is a very learning as well as FUN process ya you read it right the interview of BPCL is a very relaxing experience if you know what you are speaking and you are high on confidence the people are quite knowledgeable not only technically but also in various other fields like sports and literature.the main part you need to focus during the interview for bpc is your communication skill they are looking for a person who is knowledgeable and at the same time can put his points firmly.from the technical point of you you should be through with your training that you did during your collage and also you should be able to visualize the various real time cases that they put you in and should be able to think properly what would you do in a certain case while working for bpcl.apart from the training and your projects basic knowledge of the subjects in your stream are also important there is know need to be a master of all subjects but it helps if you prepare 1 or 2 subjects for them.

Experience: HR part of the interview is the fun part it is like a informal discussion with the interviewer where they ask you about you and your likings, a word of caution dont lie to them unless you are a pretty good lier because there is a high possibility that you will get caught this could turn the interview away from your grasp.in short be prepared with your training, projects and try to cultivate a hobby, it not only helps in bpcl but also in other interviews and also work on your communication skills.having good communication skills and a good knowledge about my hobbies gave me success in my interview of BPCL.

Experience: "tell me about yourself..i gave him info on me my family n in my hobbies i mentioned 'sports for fun' n he caught me der..
what would u play in commonwealth games?
who won max no of gold medals in the recent olympics..
(my answer was a simple ""no idea!!!""
tell me about ur industrial visits..which 1 did u like betr n give me some information on the part u liked the most..(then some details on motors etc)
what is a bearing?where do u see a bearing bein used in this room?? (fan)
why reliance?? why not siemens or abb??"

Skill Tips: "Just be confident even if u r unable to answer a few questions..they dont expect u to be perfect..they just want to see how much u kno n how much u can learn..n almost every company asks if u r comfortable to be placed anywhere in india..just say yes..they do that to test ur flexibility..n if u r really in need of a job, be prepared to go to any place..
If u r the first to be interviewed, u have higher chances of getting selected..an empirical observation.."
