Round 1 - Aptitude Test 

Aptitude test - 60 mins
MCQ -20 questions in 25 mins
Then 3 coding questions of easy to moderate level

Round 2 - Coding Test 

Have to solve a question live from code chef

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question
So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - They waste candidate's time. They take interviews, you get selected, by the time they should release offer letter, they say that you have to attend one more round to another client, they take again interview and say you are selected. Again by the time they should release offer letter, they say you another 2 more round are there and if you clear them them they will release offer letter. They will never release offer letter. Giving interviews to Mphasis is never ending process and they will never release offer letter. You will get better offers from other companies. Don't waste time giving interviews to Mphasis.
