... force employees to do positive reviews. Reality is very bad management of work. Very rude behavior, no work-life balance, no overtime pay. They will force you to do night shifts for a long time like 6 months if you take leave for health issues your leave will be rejected. All your sick leaves and casual leaves will be rejected and they will cut 1.5x money of that day. Your 6 months internship will be extended for no reason and it will become 8 months. They also will not pay the money what was written in the first offer letter. they will take exam after 8 months and based on that your ctc will be revised.

Everything with some eg: If you I am working here so be ready to work at any hours after your working hours in office you will get pressurize to work on other project without any prior notice and you will get very less salary. 2. Once they will give you at a time a project and after 1 and 2 weeks they will give you another project which you have to work on simultaneously after completing the first project the project will get cancelled and working on the second project you don't have any idea about that did you get any deadline or something like that it means like totally null values of management and teams because they have very poor management in project management 3. If you are working in that company be ready to face the nepotism of that company because in the upper management each one is connected with others and you can't blame any upper management to any other one because they will support themselves not you

While there are positive aspects to working at iB Arts, I must express my dissatisfaction with certain aspects of the experience. My main concerns revolve around Work Satisfaction. I believe addressing this issue would significantly enhance the working environment for employees.
