Experience: The mood was serious but not to the point of being uncomfortable. I was asked about myself, my likes and dislikes, future plans and current courses. I was asked to answer a few questions on heat exchangers. Additionally, I had submitted an idea for a competition and was asked to expound on that. The interviewers wanted more than anything, to assess my seriousness regarding the job and to find out whether there were any tendencies on my part to quit the job in pursuit of something else.
