Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - They will ask you simple questions about your job current role and previous company roles and responsibilities. You can easily crack the interview. But they will offer you 30% incentives on your Total CTC (which includes in your total CTC), i personally advice don’t accept such offer because this is one of the trapping on which you will not earn incentives fully and you will lose your 30% salary monthly from total CTC. Don’t accept such offers on the name of Relaince although company is good but not for the employees who wants to earn more money and grow in life.
