Experience: Questions were based on basic maths and english but time duration as per level of questions was very less. I was hardly able to attempt 90 question.
Tips: Firstly attempt questions from the topics in which you are more comfortable. Don't spend much time in thinking.

Experience: As I am from statistics background ao they asked me questions from regression and inference in depth. Rest all question were from basic stats. And yes they ask question from everything what is there in your resume.
Tips: Be ready for question from everything what is there in your resume and prepare them in advance.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: It was easy and hardly last for 10 min
Tips: Be confident on whatever you speak and prepare for general HR questions in advance.

General Tips: This company, as I understand, is looking for future managers. No technical preparation is required as didn’t ask a single question related to academics. You just need to convince them that you are ready to do whatever they want you to do in the company be it coding or data entry and depending on your luck and soft skills you will get through.
Skill Tips: Cut off is 8.

Experience: Aptitude was not too easy or too tough like that of CAT. But if one has prepared for CAT exam even a bit, then he can perform pretty well.
Tips: Practice previous year CAT papers. Question sections and format asked in Capgemini test will be similar to that of CAT exam. Improve reading skills by reading anything that interests you.
Duration: 180 minutes

Round: Other Interview
Experience: You will have to talk with a programmed voice using voice call. You need to follow the instructions of the programmed voice. They will record whatever you speak and judge your speaking skills.
Tips: Try to speak in English with at least few peers.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: You must be well thorough with your CV. Common questions like:*Tell me about yourself?*What are your strength and weakness?*Why consultancy and analyst profile?*What do you know about analyst profile?*What does Capgemini does? Tell us more about Capgemini?
etc can be expected for sure.The HR is not interested in your departmental knowledge, rather he is more interested in the way you are explaining something tin a layman manner. He/She cares how you analyse situations. Some random sitaution may be posed and HR may ask you to analyse the situation.
Tips: #Confidence in yourself.#Well verse with CV.#Able to explain even to layman.#Know basic information about data analytics.

Experience: The test was all about how well you understand and write the English language as the company totally depends on the retail process, their high requirement was on the language understandability.
Tips: There are no much tips, Just be good with the English language.

Tips: Know about the company well before you attend any interview.

Experience: The versant exam was of 6 rounds which was all about the communication skills and spontaneous answers to the question given ending with a specified length Email writing.

Skill Tips: Be good at communicating with the people around and also with good clever answers when asked.

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: I talked second and took a stance of defence with development. I tried to talk intermittently for a duration of approx 40 sec each time and for a total of 5 times.
Tips: U should be the guy who had talked the most in GD but care should be taken not to dominate it. Try to tell maximum number of points and try to exhaust all the points when you get your first opportunity.
Duration: 8 minutes

Round: Interview
Experience: They were just checking whether you have the necessary communication and managerial skills and how well you handle the stresses of interview.
Tips: Being thorough with the nooks and corner of your resume and keeping your head cool alone will ensure you get shortlisted.
