Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The interview process is totally kind of joke here.

Starting from job posting on portal the HR never respond to your call especially if your a male(nothing against female it's just my observation) . You need to follow up with them via WhatsApp. Once you send them Resume and all details it's totally up to them whey they will reach you. Finally after the HR call for screening they will schedule the interview but they didn't send schedule details to security guard and once you reach the office for interview the security will not allow you even after you show them the schedule interview email they ask you to show your name in the schedule interview paper list which your HR forget schedule. After calling them for 30 mins with no response from HR finally they let you in inside the building. Moreover if you travelling on your vehicle they will not allowed your vehicle either you park outside or park inside the in orbit Mall. I was in hurry so I park outside the building and traffic cops click photo of my vehicle and generate a challan which I came to know after I got challan email from cops(rough day already).
The interview was scheduled at 1. There is HR present in lobby once you informed security about schedule they will call HR and they will come and collect your resume.
At 2pm you will get call from HR and they will inform you that they are going on lunch break which is on 6th floor and ask you also to have some food if you want. Somehow after around 3:15 the screen HR will get back from lunch and you will call for screening at around 4PM. In first round if you explain about your previous company experience they digging up unnecessary questions which is not professional at all. Anyhow once you clear the first round they will send you the test link on your email. The test contain 15-20 aptitude and grammar questions which takes hardly 5-10 minutes but the test gives you 30 minutes time to complete. Once you complete the test you have to inform the HR from you end that you have been completed the test otherwise they will not check from their end. In my case I completed and waiting for HR response later on HR call me and scolding me that why I didn't inform her after I complete my test. Around at 6 she informed me that panel round is busy and I will get schedule for next day and I came again on next day 2 pm again they didn't send my interview schedule to admin/security. They stop me from entering the building luckily the female security recognised me that I came for interview a day before so anyhow she let me in inside the building.(This time also they didn't let me park my vehicle inside building I park my vehicle inside In orbit Mall paid parking because I cannot another challan from cops. Move on to schedule panel interview again they make me till 6PM while it is scheduled for 2PM. Finally I reach inside the cabin and greet the Final Boss HR(MAHALAXMI). She stop me from sitting and ask did you cae for interview before.(She ask because I already interview 3 months before and I didn't clear the interview and this is my 2nd attempt) She ask me to wait outside the lobby and contact the screening HR. After waiting for 1 hour I call screening HR she says to me why didn't I informed her about my 3 months before attempt and ask me leave. Anyone who is going to interview I request you to please don't go they didn't value your time.
