 Preparing Invoice as per sale order considering basic price Excise TCS ,VAT,CST etc,

 Responsible for managing the loading of vehicles, completed stock and load bay areas.
 Accounting of shortage/damages in the system
 Providing solutions related to Warehousing, Inbound & Outbound logistics.
 Handling all the activities of warehouse.
 Preparing MIS Reports.
 Ensuring that the stocks are received in good conditions with proper documents.
 Ensure daily 20% & weekly 100% Cycle Count of Physical Stock of all profit centers.
 Bin Conversions of each profit – centers observed in Cycle Count Report before loading slip is generated.
 Ensuring Inventory Accuracy and no unaccounted stocks more than seven days.
 Monitoring receipt, inspection, storage, inventory and distribution of the stocks to Regional Warehouse across India.
