No MNC work culture or u can say no systematic work culture.
They have not taken any systematic interview it's all about circle leadership perception or thought to recruit any manpower in system. So you can understand what the co is .MD , Circle Business Heads are working under 3 year contractual basis.
They preferred people from CATV , Broadband industry only.
Any time they recruit people for expanssion of the business and any time within 3 months or 6 months they reduce people on the basis of CAPEX . High expenditure of co so your job is not secure. Co running aimless they have no concrete long term business goal.
HR is rubber stump only they have no say in the organisation. Basically they are doing clarical job. They are working on Business Head or Circle Sales Head given direction.
Company believe on short term result no long term business goal in this co.
