  • Q1. Why I wanted to leave my current company and why Great Learning
  • Q2. Brief Intro and About Me. Was given a Case Study of If I plan to start an After School Activities Centre, how would I start and how would I scale it.
  • Ans. Started right from money management, choosing activities, the TG, Areas etc.
  • Answered by PM School
  • Q3. I was asked if I had to Design the Sales Funnel, how would I go about it.
  • Q4. Then we discuss problems with traditional CRMs and how to solve them. Balance between Sales Guy & User motivations were also discussed
  • Q5. Product & Growth. Focused more on V2 and how to create a Next Gen Experience and how to measure those. Machine Learning to priorities leads,
  • Q6. Speech to Text to see Sales Call Efficacy etc. was discussed and evaluated. Salary expectations were also briefly discussed.
  • Q7. Further questions were around weight loss, Cultural Fit, my career aspirations, where do I see myself in 5-7 years. Also I was asked to be specific & blunt, beating around the bush was not encouraged.

With a PM over Hangouts. Discussed about what I have done over my Career. At some points delved deeply into metrics for choices that I made. Briefly talked about Great Learning and what they did as a company

Round type - 2nd Interview with the PM
Round description -
Again with a PM over Hangouts. Continued with a discussion over how to market and scale using Traditional & Non-Traditional Marketing Channels. Every decision was data backed and success metrics were discussed.

Round type - Interview with the Group Product Manager & VP - Product & Tech.

Round type - Interview with the CEO

Make an Mvp with Tam, no of enrollments, predict pricing etc. It was a long assignment to be done in 2 days

  • Q1. This was taken by a different department head and was very general like hr round. No need for this

  • Q1. Done with Chief Product officer as final round. And he asked a lot if organization and team fitment questions and 20 minutes in, told me I was selected
