Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Their hiring system is totally wrecked. I applied one month ago and had even forgot about this internship and suddenly a phone call come up from HR for scheduling an interview.

The interviewer (Rajat Mahajan) was unnecessarily rude, he asked for my introduction and was just into why I am not making a career in my own field of engineering, I told about my interests developed throughout the college time but he wasn't convinced and anything that i do for passion is a waste of time for him and if they are looking for the specific field interns then why do they even interview the non specific field candidates. Moreover, he was just into personal questions like what does your father do? but worst thing was anything of my perception was wrong for him and found ways to insult me in any way.

The interviewer is redundantly rude and just find ways to reject you. the work was basic but believe me I haven't got interviewed a more rude person than him and so the work culture is being complained on amibition box. I'd suggest to rather not apply for any role here.
