The case study revolves around a mock implementation of their product at a hypothetical customer. They give you the parameters and you are to configure their software to that need, and then present to a mock customer team. For the configuration, do your best to use the online documentation Veeva has made public for that product (ie: Veeva Vault Help) and configure accordingly. This will measure your technical aptitude. For the presentation, treat them like a customer, and understand that you will not always be correct. If they ask a question that you do not understand, do not lie and instead give them a proper consultant reply and say something along the lines of you will look into it and get back to them. best of luck, and do your best to understand what you are building, why, and vocalize your thought process to the team.
