Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Currently I am working in one of the Dept. A good reputed company with bad environment, there are 2 parallel managements. No. 1 Tecnical Team, No. 2 Commercial Team. It is like enemy countries,

there is no value to the Employees in particular dept., no recognition to performance, management only listens only rumors.

In one category of group again two groups one is senior group who never accepts new comers one and other one is technical Team group who does not accepts above said group.

There two groups will not support new comers.

Dont see that you are getting good salary but see the environment also, otherwise u one will face a huge health problems.

I strictly recommend not to join even one have opportunity, I am having good experience in my functional area, but no use, local persons managing affairs of the organisation only accept polish.

Have to report multiple people, no particular hierarchy levels, a good organisation with huge and bad politics, it is not good environment to work, will have no support from the Management, multiple authorities structure we need to convince them, there are different of opinions among them.
