Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - My experience was absolutely horrible. I qas contacted by the HR at about 6pm. We had a screening interview on the call and then a video call interview was scheduled with the HR just half n hour later. I was informed that I have to appear for an in office interview next week. I clearly informed the recruiter that I won't be available for an in office interview because of a foot injury but I am willing to give an online interview to which the recruiter rejected. I wanted to reschedule the interview just a after one working day and the HR told me that there will be mo problem in rescheduling the interview. But the interview was never rescheduled. I called the HR and she told me that "Since you were unable to give the interview we are prioritising other candidates". How can you prioritize other candidates when I even haven't got the chance to show my skills? And what makes you think that I won't give an interview when I did give 2 rounds in one day half n hour apart during my work timings? The company prides itself for giving equal opportunities but none was given to me. The company is not flexible at all when it comes to rescheduling an interview or taking one through a video call.
